On behalf of Liverpool City Council, we invite interested organisations, artists and community groups to submit an Expression of Interest proposal to Licence the “Artist in residence” building located within the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre.

The workspace referred to as “Artist in Residence” unit, has a lettable area of 101 m sq, is appropriate for businesses affiliated with the arts.

The layout of the residence comprises of a living area, three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
Access is via a separate foyer area located on the Southeast corner of the building.

Ample parking is available on-site and the premises is in walking proximity to Casula Railway station.

Applicants will need to obtain all necessary Statutory Planning approvals and any fit-out alterations will be subject to the Landlords prior approval.
